Terms of service

The rules for using Lumora — what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Last updated October 15, 2026

1.Using Lumora

By creating an account or using Lumora you agree to these terms. If you use Lumora for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

2.Your account

You sign in with Google, Facebook or a QR code from the Lumora app. Keep access to your account safe — you are responsible for what happens in it.

3.Credits and payments

Each tool shows its cost in credits before you run it. Credits come with plans and credit packs, and payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. If a job fails, its credits are returned automatically.

4.Plans and cancellation

Plans renew every period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Plans & billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refund options for a payment are shown in your billing history.

5.Your photos and results

You keep the rights to the photos you upload and the results you create. You allow Lumora to process and store them only to provide the service to you.

6.Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not create content that is illegal, sexualises minors, harasses or impersonates people, or infringes other people's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7.Availability and changes

AI results can vary and may contain mistakes, so check them before you rely on them. We work to keep Lumora available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features and prices, and we will tell you before a price change affects your plan.

8.Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lumora is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes before they apply.
