Privacy policy

What we collect when you use Lumora, why we need it and the choices you have.

Last updated October 15, 2026

1.What we collect

Your name, email and profile picture from the account you sign in with; the photos you upload, the results you create and the descriptions you write; your credit and payment records (never full card numbers); and the devices you are signed in on.

2.How we use it

To run the tools you choose, keep your results in your library, process payments, keep your account secure and make Lumora more reliable. We do not sell your personal data.

3.Your photos

Your photos are processed to create the results you ask for and stored so you can find them again in your library. They are not shown to other people unless you share them.

4.Who we share it with

Payment providers (Stripe and PayPal), the sign-in provider you choose (Google or Facebook), and the hosting and infrastructure companies that run Lumora for us — only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.

5.How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete projects or your account, we remove the data within a reasonable time, except records we must keep by law, such as payments.

6.Your choices and rights

You can see and change your account details, sign out of other devices in Settings and ask us to export or delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

7.Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and your browser's storage to remember preferences such as theme, language and drafts. We do not use advertising cookies.

8.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes.
